Stratford Regeneration
In this project, we are working on a regeneration project in Stratford. Master plan and analyse is done by group work, and my part is to work on housings and finance. I dig deep in mixed-income housing with some key design principles.
Well-rounded regeneration plan that balances social equity with financial viability, ensuring that the mixed-income housing strategy is not only sustainable but also financially successful in the long term.
What I learnt in this project:
Collaboration- Working as part of a larger group, integrating your housing and finance expertise with the overall master plan.
Design and Planning- Applying key design principles to housing projects to create inclusive and sustainable spaces.
Financial Acumen- Demonstrating financial planning and analysis skills to ensure project feasibility and long-term success.
Research and Analysis- Conducting in-depth research into housing models and finance, and understanding the market dynamics of affordable and market-rate housing.
