I was truly grateful to be part of the staff team for the PPP Project in London. Being involved in this event gave me the opportunity to connect with a wide range of people, and those conversations became one of the most valuable parts of the experience. Listening, sharing, and exchanging ideas helped me grow both personally and creatively.
What stayed with me the most was seeing people leave with genuine smiles—it made me feel that I was contributing to something meaningful and that my presence there had a purpose.
I was especially inspired by the project’s belief that anyone can be a photographer and deserves the chance to exhibit their work. This aligns deeply with what I care about: bringing art into communities and creating accessible platforms where everyone feels encouraged to begin their creative journey.
What I learnt in this project:
Community Interaction -Experiencing how creative spaces can bring people together, and understanding the importance of accessibility in encouraging participation from all backgrounds.
Creative Inclusivity -Understanding the importance of providing platforms where everyone has the opportunity to express themselves, reinforcing the idea that anyone can be a photographer and deserves a chance to exhibit their work.
Empathy & Social Awareness -Recognising the impact of small interactions—seeing how simple conversations and shared moments can leave people feeling welcomed and valued.
Event Collaboration -Working as part of a team to support the smooth running of the PPP Project, contributing to a collective effort that fostered a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Public Engagement & Communication -Developing confidence in initiating conversations and engaging with a diverse range of people, creating meaningful and open exchanges throughout the event.
